Concrete is hard, tedious work that results in impressive perfection that stands tests of time, force of nature and force of man. We are leaving something things of the ages. When you contact us, you get me-Louis Yannotti. I listen to you. I come out to the project area. I estimate. I suggest. I create. I work on the job with my crew. This is my baby.
Local not Corporate
No 800 number. No hold music. No #300 in line. We are here, in town, at the location, on the job. You can reach us/me.
Skilled Long-Term Crew
We don’t drive around town to street corners picking up day-laborers. Nothing wrong with them, but we don’t have time to vette experience and your job requires top notch people. Our people have been with Premiere for years and have a variety of skills and proven performance.
Experience Means Something
Over time, Premiere has taken all sorts of jobs, big and small. We have struggled and persevered and have built a book of techniques, history and varied experiences. Even in those rare cases where we may be thrown for a loop, it doesn’t last long and our working pedigree finds the solve.
Our Nuts and Bolts
Hillsides: retaining walls; piles and caissons; Hillside erosion: control walls; Concrete structural: slabs and walls. Hardscape paving: walkways, patios, driveways, pool-decks, stamped, colored-washed, exposed aggregate.
Masonry/Stone/Block: of all types- interior and exterior [Structural and non-structural]; Concrete polishing: grinding, staining and burnishing. Specialty items: outdoor kitchen areas, fire-pits, re-coloring, staining and retro-fitting new designs into existing concrete; Concrete floor stenciling and engraving. Concrete poured on-site: counter-tops, concrete micro toppings and overlays.
My Experience
I began Premiere in 1982. Learning from a family of building trades people, his design skill, enthusiasm, work ethic and experience represents 100+ years of family pride and know-how. “I do this because I love what I do; everything about it.
